Weather Conditions Believed To Play Factor In Father-Son Plane Crash

PAGO PAGO (21Alive) -- Preliminary reports indicate weather may have contributed to a plane crash that killed a Plainfield, Indiana father and son.

Haris Suleman and his father, Babar Suleman, were in the middle of an attempt to fly around the world when their plane crashed during take off from a Pago Pago airport in American Samoa on July 22nd. According to a preliminary report from the NTSB, "Gusty" wind could have been a factor in the crash.
