FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - During the summer, days are longer and nights are shorter. That doesn't mean your sleep schedule has to shorten with it. Getting a better night's sleep is easier if you just keep yourself healthy by eating right, exercising, and avoiding alcohol and cigarettes.
