FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Several water main breaks were reported in Fort Wayne Tuesday morning.
A water main break at St. Mary's and W. State was reported around 6 a.m. and the water just kept flowing because crews couldn't get the valve shut off, presumable because of the cold.
St. Mary's south of State has been closed since. At one point a car got stuck in the ice and had to be towed, but not before its radiator hose snapped.
