Veterans Concert at History Center

Fort Wayne, Ind (21Alive) - This afternoon The History Center on East Berry St. hosted a free concert in celebration of Veterans Day.

The band was comprised of vets who perform in the American Legion Band, Mizpah Shrine Band, and New Horizons Band.

They performed patriotic songs in honor of our service men and women.

Veterans Day marks the anniversary of the end of World War I when major Hostilities were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918.
