Union Chapel Project No Longer A 'Go' (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- On Thursday afternoon, the plan to build the 'Center at Union Chapel,' on Fort Wayne's north side, came to a halt.

Originally, the multimillion-dollar project was planned to include a gym, restaurant, apartment complex, and hotel.
