FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Starting August 5th, Ewing street downtown will fully become a two-way street.

The two-way conversion will allow for the construction of a roundabout at Fairfield, Ewing, Superior, and Wells. Fairfeild will also close traffic between Superior Street and Main Street to allow for the west side of the roundabout to be constructed. Fairfield will also become a two-way once the construction on the roundabout is completed.

The two-way conversion process begins Monday August 4th and will be completed by August 5th.
