FORT WAYNE, Ind. (indiana's NewsCenter) - Two people are hospitalized after a crash on the city's east side early this morning.

Police say one vehicle apparently lost control amid slick conditons and crashed into another car at Anthony Blvd. and Eckart Street around 1:30 this morning.

A man and a woman in one of the vehicles were both hospitalized in critical condition. Police say a man in the other vehicle fled the scene on foot. They're still apparently looking for him.

This crash is still under investigation.

Police have also been called to work several other crashes and slide-offs because of the slick conditions on local roads.
