Two Construction Workers Killed On I-69

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (21Alive) -- A pickup truck crashed into a work zone early this morning, killing two construction workers along I-69.

The incident happened just before 6 a.m., according to RTV6, on I-69 between 82nd and 96th street. Indiana State Police said the two workers were associated with the Indiana Department of Transportation.

The cause of the crash has yet to be determined.
