FREMONT, Ind. (21Alive) -- A 30-year-old man is in serious condition with a fractured shoulder and ribs after a single car crash Sunday around 11 p.m.
According to police, Joseph Glenn, from Angola, was driving a '98 Ford Ranger north on SR 827 and failed to negotiate a curve just north of Lakeside cemetery. The vehicle went off the east side of the road, then came back onto the road sliding sideways, then went back off the east side of the road and came to rest after striking an earth embankment and rolling over several times.
Glenn was pinned in the vehicle a short time before being freed by Fremont firefighters. Glenn was airlifted from the scene by Samaritan.
Glenn was last listed in serious, but stable, condition.
Police say Glenn was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
