Toyota Adding Hundreds Of New Jobs In Indiana

PRINCETON, Ind. (21Alive) -- Toyota announced today that they would be expanding operations in Indiana and adding hundreds of jobs.

The announcement came at a 10:30 a.m. press conference at the Princeton Toyota Manufacturing facility. The car maker says they plan on investing an additional $100 million in the state and adding at least 300 jobs to their Princeton plant.

According to Inside Indiana Business, the expansion is fueled by an increase the sales of Toyota's Highlander series of SUV

The additional $100 million investment will bring Toyota's total investment to $4 billion.
