Three Indiana Cities Make Safest Place to Live List for 2011-2012

INDIANA (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Three Indiana cities rank in the top 50 in the annual Safest Places to Live report compiled by CQ Press for 2011-2012.

Of 405 cities listed as being the safest places to live in the U.S. Columbus, Ind., Kokomo, Ind., and Lafayette, Ind. ranked in the top 50.

The rankings were determined by reported incidents of murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, and motor vehicle theft.
