Suspect In Bishop Dwenger Student's Death Goes Before Judge

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- The lawyer for Jeremy Washington says he hopes the public will not rush to judgment against the man who stands accused of driving drunk and causing the death of Bishop Dwenger student Haley Nellum.

A judge has set out rules Washington must follow if he's to remain out of jail leading up to a possible trial.
