Anderson, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Two boys from an Anderson middle school are suspended after they apparently looked at an inappropriate picture of their teacher on her school-issued iPad.

13-year-old Josh Troutt says he and three friends received permission to use their teacher's school-issued iPad, in class.
But when they turned it on, a picture popped up showing her in a bra and her nearly bare breasts.

He says his friends told a school leader and then one student was expelled, Josh and another were suspended and the fourth received a warning.

The kids and their parents say it's not their fault.

Josh says, "We could've just left it on there and showed it everybody in the school and made her embarrassed but we didn't. We went and told them."

Josh’s mother Nicole Troutt says, "I didn't understand why he was being punished for it when all he did was see it."

The superintendent says the students violated the school's technology policy, although he thinks the teacher accidentally synced a personal device with her school iPad.

School leaders are taking action against the teacher but she's keeping her job.

Nicole Troutt is appealing the action against her son.
