Smoke House Murder Trial Pushed Back To January 2015

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The trial that was set for August 9th of the man accused of murdering Antonio Nino in April, has been delayed to January 13th, 2015.

Jamel Coleman, 22, faces murder, robbery, and firearm charges for allegedly breaking into the Smoke House Tobacco Outlet and fatally shooting the owner, 44-year-old Antonio Nino.

On April 7th, a customer found Nino's body on the floor of the business and called police. Officers arrested Coleman about a week later after receiving a tip that he was on a bus, from Muncie to Indianapolis.
