Sketch Released of Bus Stop Abduction Suspect

Shelbyville, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Shelbyville police have released a sketch of a man accused of trying to snatch a 9-year-old girl from a bus stop on Aug. 8th.

Police report that a man approached the girl and tried her pull her away, but she was able to break free and run away.

The man was described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a heavy build, bald and a scar on his right arm.

He was wearing sweatpants, a T-shirt and no shoes.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Shelbyville police at 317-392-2511 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
