North Webster, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – Two teen runaways have been located in Wisconsin after traveling to six states in seven days.
The two 14-year-old boys were last seen on September 17th at their homes just outside of North Webster. The next day they were reported missing.
Beginning Saturday, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department obtained information that allowed them to “ping” the juvenile’s cell phone locating it west of Nashville, Tennessee but the exact locations were sporadic.
Early Monday, deputies were giving a constant-tracking location and converged on the town of Alma Center, Wisconsin, at a gas station.
The two 14-year-olds had previously taken a family 2006 Buick Terraza van from North Webster and discarded it in Missouri. They apparently had then travelled into Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois and then into Wisconsin with another vehicle that has yet to be located.
