FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Charges still pending against an Allen County Police Officer involved in a fatal crash.

In March, Officer Mark Sickafoose had his lights and sirens on as he responded to a non life-threatening crash; but he slammed into a van that had the green light near Parkview North killing 27 year old Elmo Portee, and seriously injuring two others.

Sickafoose was slightly hurt, but is back on active duty in his squad car. A strict cod of ethics prohibits the prosecutor from commenting on the status of any case.
