Victim Identified: Shooting On FW's Southeast Side Kills Man (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- A shooting on Fort Wayne’s southeast side has left a 19-year-old man dead.

It happened just before 6 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Lewis and Francis Streets, one block east of Hanna.

Police are releasing few details. Algia Paul Robert Steward died on his way to the hospital, and police do not have a motive or suspect.

The Allen County Coroner has determined this to be the 37th homicide in Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013.
