FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – Fort Wayne city unions are dealt a painful setback.
City council Tuesday night voted to eliminate collective bargaining rights for six non-public safety unions.
A parliamentary move gives those unions a glimmer of hope that their rights will be saved.
