FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Local company Shambaugh and Son, Inc. held a groundbreaking this morning to add 8,000 square feet to its current building.

Company leaders say it'll add 110 new engineering and technology jobs to the area, and it's their specialty in construction that's kept them in business.

"We're in a competitive, risky business and one that despite our 87 years of survival and now growth, less than one half of one percent of all our industry makes it to a third generation." said Mark Shambaugh, Owner of Shambaugh & Son, Inc.

Shambaugh and Son, Inc. was founded in 1926 and is now the third largest specialty contractor in the U.S. and largest construction services contractor in Indiana.
