UNITED STATES (www.incnow.tv) -- Following a week of frustrating delays at the nation's largest airports, the U.S. Senate stayed-up late last night to pass a plan to end the furloughs of air traffic controllers.
The bi-partisan bill passed unanimously and the House is expected to vote on it as early as Friday.
Officials hope the bill will allow for full staffing of air traffic control shifts and prevent the looming closure of small airport towers.
