FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- A semi-truck crashed down a ravine this morning, restricting traffic for several hours on I-69.

Indiana State Police were called to the southbound lanes of I-69 just north of the Illinois Rd. exit after a semi left the roadway and careened down a steep ravine.

The semi remained upright, however, due to the location of the truck, traffic was restricted for some time. The driver only suffered minor injuries.
