School Starts For EACS (VIDEO & PHOTOS)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The first bell of the new school year rang this morning for East Allen County Schools.

EACS is the first of the Allen County school districts to start their school year this year and they got off to a tremendous start. Last night, students had the chance to meet the teachers and staff of their respective schools to help ease into the school year.

There are 17 schools in the East Allen County School district that got started this morning and 21Alive's Jeff Bowman was out at Heritage High School this morning to speak with EACS Superintendent Ken Folks ED.D..
