WARSAW, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – Warsaw Community Schools guidance counselor, Pamela Rozelle, has resigned following her arrest early Tuesday morning.
Rozelle, 37, of Warsaw, was arrested after she was found in a parked care with a minor male student and in possession of marijuana.
She has been charged with possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
WCS Superintendent Dr. Craig J. Hintz accepted Rozelle’s resignation noting that, “while the school corporation appreciates the service of Mrs. Rozelle, her resignation is in the best interest of all involved at this time."
Rozelle's biography page on the WCS website says she served in the U.S. Air Force before receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in school counseling from IPFW.
"I enjoy working with students and consider education a life long committment," Rozelle says of herself in the bio.
No bond has been set for Rozelle.
