Scam Alert For Residents In Steuben County

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A word of warning to residents in Steuben County. Police say several residents have reported receiving a phone call from a man saying he represented Steuben County Emergency Management and they were seeking funding for the Emergency Management Department.

Officials say this is a scam. If you receive a call do not give money or personal information and contact police.
