Refinancing Saves Fort Wayne City Utlities About $3 Million (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The refinancing of $29 million in bonds has saved Fort Wayne City Utilities a bundle.

In fact, the city is seeing a savings of about $3 million. The city says the savings will help reduce future rate increases as it works to meet federal mandates to upgrade its sewer system.
