Punxsutawny Phil Faces Criminal Indictment & Death Penalty (VIDEO)

OHIO (www.incnow.tv) -- An arrest warrant is out for that famous groundhog, Punxsutawny Phil and Ohioans are calling for the death penalty.

The little guy is accused of fraud and a prosecutor in Ohio says the criminal indictment claims that when he emerged from his burrow on Feb. 2, he got it wrong.

With spring beginning on Wednesday and snow on the ground Thursday, many American's have been calling foul. Punxsutawny Phil gets it wrong 61% of the time according to Stormfax.com and groundhog.org says he's seen his shadow 100 out of 116 times.
