Protesters Surround Van Wert Humane Society

VAN WERT, Ohio (21Alive) -- The Van Wert county Sheriff called it "unacceptable living conditions" and it took four days to clean up what was left behind from sheltered animals that were neglected.

Dozens of people lined up outside of the Van Wert County Humane Society Saturday to protest and give those a voice who can't be heard.
