Police Investigation: Man Found Dead On Steps Of Vacant Duplex (VIDEO & PHOTOS)

WARSAW, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- Police found a man dead on the steps of a vacant duplex after a neighbor asked police to check on him.

Police responded to the request and when they arrived at the duplex in the 200 block of Fort Wayne Ave. in Warsaw, they found the 56-year-old male on the steps. Multi-Township EMS responded and transported the man to Kosciusko County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Earlier Friday morning, Frankie Lee Poe, 40, was booked on preliminary charge of residential entry to the same vacant duplex. Currently he is being held as the primary suspect in the death investigation.
