GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (www.theindychannel.com) -- Police are releasing few details about the arrest of two men after a body was found in rural Sullivan County on Monday evening.
While the body has yet to be officially identified, Linton police said they believe the body found is that of Katelyn Wolfe, who had been missing since Thursday.
Randal Crosley and Jordan Buskirk, both in their mid 20s and from Jasonville, were taken into custody.
Authorities said Crosley and Buskirk were linked to Wolfe's disappearance early on and that Buskirk was friends with Wolfe on Facebook.
An autopsy was set for Tuesday to determine the woman's identity. Police are not releasing information about how the woman died, but said they think she had been dead since shortly after her disappearance.
"They knew what they were doing all along," said Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell. "We don't believe it was an accidental type thing."
The search for Wolfe began last Thursday, hours after she was last heard from in a Facebook post, apparently sent as she walked outside around 3 a.m.
Part of the post indicated that Wolfe was "out on a walk with creeps that keep driving by."
