LEO, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) --- Police have determined that a man who fired his shotgun was on his own property and that he never was a threat to anyone nor did he act illegally.

Initial reports said a man shot off several rounds from a shotgun near McNabb Rd and SR 1 near Leo Thursday afternoon.

Police responded and determined that the man was on his own property when he discharged his shotgun, never aimed a gun at anyone, and was within the law.
