FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- No criminal charges will be filed against four Fort Wayne police officers involved in a police action shooting this past May.

The Allen County Prosecutor say Sergeant Shane Coleman, Sergeant Daniel Ingram, Officer Keenth Jameson and Officer Donald Lewis were justified when they shot and killed 22-year-old Ryan Koontz.

Koontz's parents called police to their Weymouth Court home May 2. Once they arrived he began firing on the officers. They returned fire, killing him.
