KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) -- An anonymous tip Wednesday led Kosciusko County officers to the arrest of a Claypool woman for allegedly dealing heroin.

Responding to an anonymous tip, Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers responded to a residence in the 7400 block of West Bensart Drive, Claypool, on Wednesday at approximately 2 p.m.

D.T.F. officers met the homeowner, Teresa Lavone Lambert, 48, who allegedly admitted to selling heroin from her Beaver Dam Lake residence. Deputies subsequently located 15 small bags of individually packaged heroin along with approximately $800 in cash at the home. Lambert was arrested and preliminarily charged with felony dealing a Schedule I controlled substance/narcotic (heroin). She is currently being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers estimated that the 15 bags of prepackaged heroin currently have a street value of approximately $3,000.
