New Community Cat Program Begins (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Fort Wayne is being overrun by feral cats and a new program was launched to help control the overpopulation.

This new program may seem counter intuitive at first but has been shown to work in other cities. The program will see cats from the community caught, neutered, tagged, and then released back into the community.
