Mayor Makes Case For Studying, Not Voting On Collective Bargaining Measures

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21ALIVE) --- Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry is adamant that more time is needed to evaluate the pluses and minuses of eliminating collective bargaining before any votes are taken.

City council was set to meet Tuesday evening to address three ordinances dealing with the subject.
