FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- The man charged with voluntary manslaughter in the June Cap n' Cork shooting has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Last month, Michael Lewis, 21, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Christopher Mhoon, 27.

The 25-year prison sentence followed by 5 years of probation is handed down from a plea agreement from January.

Police say the shooting took place outside the Cap n' Cork on Anthony after an argument started inside the store. Mhoon's 10-year-old son was in a car in the parking lot during the shooting. The boy was not harmed.
