FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Joseph Guzman Jr., 34, of Fort Wayne, faces criminal charges after police say he told an insurance telemarketer that he was going to walk into the Fort Wayne General Motors Plant and start shooting.
In 2012, Guzman was fired from his subcontracting job with Caravan Knights, a cleaning company that provides service for the GM plant.
According to court documents, Guzman was very upset about being fired and blamed the United Auto Workers for his unemployment.
This is Guzman's second recorded threat. In January, he approached a man at a Fort Wayne Kroger and said that if he was not given insurance benefits, he would enter the GM plant armed.
