WARSAW, Ind. (21Alive) -- A man is behind bars after police found an active meth lab outside a shed on his property.
Warsaw police received a tip of a man who was purchasing various meth making products from Warsaw stores. Officers with the Warsaw Drug Task Force and Koscisucko County Sheriff's office located Joshua Stacy, 28, at his home.
Officers found an active meth lab outside a shed on the property, along with chemicals, precursors and finished methamphetamine product.
Stacy was charged with Dealing/Delivering/Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a Class B felony; and with Possession of Chemical Reagents or Precursors with intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine, a Class D felony.
He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail with no bond.
