Local Youth Program Receives Large Federal Grant

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - $2.2 million in new federal grants is coming to a local youth program.

"Upward Bound" reaches-out to students to help them build skills, needed to have successful high school and college careers.

The Fort Wayne youth program is located on the IPFW campus.

Since coming there 250 students have benefited.
