FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Summer is drawing to a close, and that means "Life's Better Here" is also wrapping up until next year.

For this year's final installment of "Life's Better Here", Matt and Eric take a look at Fort Wayne and two local organizations that contribute to the city in their own unique ways.

Eric visited with ARCH, a Fort Wayne historical preservation group that is dedicated to preserving Fort Wayne's storied past. In the face of intensified urban renewal, the group has lobbied, argued, and pleaded to save a countless number of historical structures in city.

On a different note, Matt takes us to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo to take a stroll through one of Fort Wayne's most popular and enduring attractions.
