FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – It's a homecoming of sorts. Jim Gaffigan is in the Hoosier state and making a stop here in Fort Wayne.

The comedian grew up in Chesterton, Ind. and attended Purdue University for one year.

He’s performing at the Embassy Theatre tonight as part of his "White Bread" tour.

As a promotion he stopped at Aunt Millie’s Bakery for a tour of the factory with his family and received some white bread.

“I was definitely raised on white bread, so the tour is called ‘white bread’ because I live in New York City and New York City is very ethnocentric. It's like, what are you? Jewish? Italian? And I was just kind of like the white bread Midwesterner,” said Gaffigan.

The first show begins at 6 p.m. and the second show follows at 8:30 tonight.
