INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - This year’s Indianapolis Air Show has been canceled.

A direct casualty of the looming budget cuts. The show was scheduled for mid June, and was going to feature the “Blue Angels,” but military jet teams could be grounded if a compromise isn’t made. Official with the air show say they didn’t have any other choice but to cancel due to uncertainties with the possible cuts and the possible lack of military participation.

This would be the first cancellation for the air show, which traditionally raises more than a million dollars for charities each year.
