INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) -- Indiana lawmakers are considering a bill that would expand Medicaid in the Hoosier state by using the state's Healthy Indiana Plan and federal block grants.

Monday the House Public Health Committee may vote on a senate bill which would enroll roughly 400,000 low-income residents in Medicaid.

The senate bill would direct governor mike pence to seek a waiver and federal block grants to run the expansion.
