IN Supt. Glenda Ritz In Bluffton On Friday

BLUFFTON, Ind. (21Alive) -- Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz will be in Bluffton later this week.

Glenda Ritz will be in Bluffton on Friday, Jan. 24 at a program put on by the Women United of Wells County.

Ritz will be speaking about the importance of early childhood education and the significant impact it has on social issues.

Women United is a program of the United Way Wells County, and provides women with opportunities to build an educational foundation for children. They also raise funds and develop programs that impact early childhood education.

The program is scheduled for noon at the Arts, Commerce and Visitors Centre at 211 W. Water Street; reservations are required to attend.
