FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – A historic downtown neighborhood is receiving a second lease on life.

After decades of neglect, three of four recently-renovated homes have been placed on the market. Due to their condition, two of the homes had to be torn down and rebuilt entirely. Yet, it appears this is just the beginning for the neighborhood.

The rehabilitated homes all conform to federal and local historic district standards and are priced between $85,000 and $88,000.
