FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – Habitat for Humanity has been hard at work constructing a new home in Fuller's Landing near W. Cook Road.

Fuller’s Landing is the neighborhood developed especially for habitat homes.

Around 10 a.m. Saturday, volunteers raised first walls to the new home.

This is the eighth home built in Allen County through a partnership with Thrivent Financial and area Lutheran churches.

The home will be one-story with a two-car garage, and the community also offers playgrounds for children.
