LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) - A Goshen man was killed Wednesday morning in a crash in LaGrange County.

Around 6:00, the LaGrange County Sheriff's Department says Harvey Borntrager was driving his truck southbound on CR600W, when he failed to stop at the stop sign at US20.

A work truck driven by Elmer Yoder of LaGrange was unable to avoid Borntrager's truck at the intersection, and collided with the truck. Yoder had the right of way, according to police.

Borntrager died at the scene.

Yoder was not injured.

A stretch of roadway near the crash scene was closed for hours, but opened in the early afternoon.
