DETROIT, Mich. (www.incnow.tv) – General Motors received the overall top prize from J.D. Power in the annual survey of customer satisfaction.

This is a big win for GM, not only because the company has never won it, but also because no North American manufacturer has stood number on.

GM took home 15 award from the J.D. Powers in the Initial Quality Services Study report in addition to the overall top prize.

The Fort Wayne Assembly also has reason to celebrate with the Silverado Heavy Duty pick up truck winning its division, the Silverado Light Duty coming in third in its category and the Sierra Heavy Duty pick up truck taking second place.
