Funding Three Rivers Project Means Hiking Up Utility Rates For Residents (VIDEO)

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- On July 8th, City Utilities will introduce rate increases to Fort Wayne City Council.

Fees for the average customer, using 5,000 gallons of water, will increase by an annual monthly average of $3.44 per month, through 2019.
