FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- Fort Wayne just needs to see another 2.3" of snow to break the record for the snowiest winter.
The total snowfall through 7 a.m. Tuesday was 58.9". The record was set during the winter of 1981-1982 with 61.1".
There are conflicting reports out there. This information is based off a tweet sent out by the National Weather Service of Northern Indiana.
